We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh, and you pay when your order arrives.
Free delivery on orders of ৳1,500 or more, anywhere in Bangladesh.
Below that, the charge depends on where it goes and how much the parcel weighs, the same as the courier charges us:
Heavier parcels cost a little more, for example a 1.5 kg bag of cat food. You see the exact charge at checkout before you place the order, and pay it with your order.
We call to confirm every order, then hand it to the courier. After confirmation, orders usually arrive in:
Weather, strikes and public holidays can add a day or two. We will tell you if your order is delayed.
Pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives: the price of your items plus the delivery charge. No advance payment is needed.
Your order's status is on its order page and in My account. The courier calls you before delivering. If they can't reach you after a few tries, the parcel comes back to us and we will call you to arrange another delivery.
