By ordering from FurLoot you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read.
When you place an order, we call you to confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item has run out, we can't reach you, or a price was shown by mistake. We will always tell you, and you won't pay for anything we cancel.
Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. You pay the price shown at checkout when you placed the order, even if it changes later. Offers are applied automatically and may end or change at any time.
We accept cash on delivery. Pay the delivery person the full amount shown on your order: items plus the delivery charge.
We show each product as accurately as we can. Brands sometimes change their packaging, so the pack you receive may look a little different from the photo.
Every cat is different. Change food gradually, follow the feeding guide on the pack, and ask a vet if your cat has a health condition.
Each mobile number has one account, and every order placed with that number appears in it. Keep your password private, and contact us if you think someone else has used your account.
Our Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds policy are part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
